Job summary

Standex International Corporation seeks a Program Engineer/Technical Sales to lead end-to-end program management and provide technical consultation across APAC. You will coordinate with sales, operations and customers, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will build consultative relationships, promote Standex Engraving offerings (Chemical, Laser, Tool Finishing), support tooling and molded parts discussions, and travel up to 30-40% domestically or internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree (4 yr) or higher required.
• Experience in project or program management; mold industry preferred.
• Familiar with cross-functional collaboration and project execution processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program management including planning, tracking, cost control, risk identification, and timely delivery.
• Develop a consultative relationship with customers.
• Promote Standex Engraving offerings (Chemical, Laser, Tool Finishing).
• Provide customers with technical support and solutions (tooling, molded parts).
• Manage upcoming jobs to ensure tools are ready for texturing processes.
• Disseminate information accurately and timely.
• Attend customer meetings and coordinate with internal departments.
• Manage program documentation, organize meetings, and track milestones.
