Job summary

Standex International is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to support global APAC work, liaising with internal teams and customers. The role focuses on program management, consultation, and problem resolution to ensure on‑time delivery of texture and engraving projects.

You will interact with production, engineering and quality teams, travel 30–40% domestically and 3–4 international trips annually, and contribute to sales growth with technical insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or higher required.
• Mandarin language skills (written and spoken) preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management and project planning.
• Develop consultative relationships with customers across APAC.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and engineering to meet milestones.
• Provide technical support on tooling, parts, and texture processes.
• Track progress, manage documentation, and report status.
