Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field required.
• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MBA) highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years (15+ preferred) of experience in R&D, commercial, project/portfolio management, business development, or related pharmaceutical/biotech roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core TEC member, shaping the long-term therapeutic area strategy.
• Advise asset development teams to align with TA strategy and development plans.
• Partner with business development and external collaborations to advance external molecule assessments.
• Provide input on disease opportunity profiles and evaluation of new discovery initiatives.
• Coordinate long-range strategic planning and portfolio documentation for the TA.
