Job summary

You will own international DCS captures, manage cost, schedule, risk, and customer relationships, and drive growth across a diverse supplier and partner network in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business administration; 12+ years of program management or related experience (or Master’s with 10+ years)
• International DCS contracts experience and ability to negotiate with international customers
• Experience with US Export Regulations/licensing and applying them to Foreign DCS contracts
• Proven success leading and delivering development and production programs in a matrix environment
• International capture and proposal management experience
• Proven ability to foster customer relationships and engage senior leadership
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for interactions with customers and management
• US citizenship with active Secret Clearance required

Responsibilities

• Capture and execution of international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, EVMS, schedule, and technical performance objectives
• Establish milestones, manage risks, and identify solutions
• Identify and manage program resources and workforce planning
• Deliver presentations to customers, executives, and stakeholders
• Develop relationships with foreign governments and international partners
• Develop business area strategies and drive growth in alignment with priorities
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to pursue opportunities and new business
