Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to support global customer engagements, monitor operations, coordinate requirements, and enforce customer standards across locations. You will help drive consistent delivery and assist the Program Manager with reporting and pricing tasks.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 4 years in operations or project-related work, and strong communication, finance, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: college degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong finance and administrative skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and coordinates operational requirements for accounts.
• Generates and reviews invoices and tracks days-to-invoice.
• Prepares reports and supports quarterly business reviews.
• Assists with CSP renewals and pricing timelines.
• Maintains site data and user access in systems like iCare and Spectrum.
