• Ensure platform resilience and operational efficiency; resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and tech support to implement enhancements.
• Manage incident response during outages and communicate with stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
• Administer problem management using ServiceNow and track changes in Jira.
• Participate in planning and executing changes and release deployments.
• Maintain run books and inform offshore teams of procedure updates.
