NPAworldwide in West Point, GA seeks a Sales Manager to lead production-item sales activities, including pricing, customer management, forecasts, budgeting, localization, and order follow-up. Reports to Purchasing Manager and supervises 3–5 staff.

You will negotiate terms with customers, monitor KPI performance, coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, Machining, Assembly, and PC departments, and ensure on-time payment collection and accurate AR. Domestic travel may be required.

Formación

• 3–5 years sales related experience
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
• Experience with sales systems in US
• Lead effective responses to customer requirements, inquiries, and business issues
• Analyze business data and report key findings to the Coordinator
• Self-motivation and ability to work with little direction
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills
• Outstanding organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales efforts for production items including pricing, customer management, KPI tracking, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
• Localization, order placement, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
• Report to purchasing manager and supervise 3–5 staff.
• Negotiate terms and conditions including material price with customers; manage accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, Machining, Assembly, and PC to support mass production.
• Lead price negotiations and drive profitability improvement.
