Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Production Planner to convert inventory requirements into executable short- and long-range production plans. You will own the production schedule, maintain capacity outlooks, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to keep production on track.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in production or materials planning, with ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in production planning or materials planning.
• Experience building production schedules (short- and long-range).
• Experience releasing and monitoring work orders in an ERP or manufacturing system.
• Knowledge of material requirements planning and inventory transactions.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing-planning platforms (e.g., NetSuite).
• Lean or continuous-improvement exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a rolling four-week production schedule.
• Determine production sequencing and adjust schedules.
• Develop a rolling 12-month capacity plan and identify gaps.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Create, release, and monitor work orders with materials and documentation ready.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints and shortages.
• Track schedule adherence and capacity utilization.
• Maintain planning data and recommend process improvements.
