Job summary

Idea Nuova, Inc. in New York is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end production cycle for assigned product lines, coordinating with overseas offices and factories to ensure timely development and delivery of products.

You will coordinate internal teams, approve layouts and packaging details, and provide timely project updates to stakeholders while addressing production challenges and optimizing tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills with planning, expediting and multitasking to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge in Simparel is a plus.
• Experience with mass retailers (Walmart, Target, JC Penney) is advantageous.
• Experience with multinational trade and export is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with overseas offices and factories to oversee the production cycle from order to shipment.
• Coordinate updates with internal teams, address concerns, and align on project requirements.
• Approve layouts and requirements including price tickets, hang tags, labels, UPCs, and testing needs.
• Report status updates to stakeholders and address delays proactively.
• Troubleshoot production challenges with creative, practical solutions.
• Maintain documentation and tracking to monitor progress and identify improvements.
