Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment.
• Escalate and report design or reliability issues to engineering teams.
• Create and present reports on design, reliability, and escalations.
