Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in strategic planning, strategy, or related fields within technology-driven industries.
• Management consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, top-tier boutiques) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology markets; AI, semiconductors, software, or systems experience a plus.
• Analytical skills to synthesize market data, customer insights, and technical inputs into clear strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to executive audiences via written narratives and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives for the Global NPU business, including multi-year growth strategy and investment frameworks.
• Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and gaps.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap direction and assess tradeoffs across performance, software enablement, and ecosystem strategy.
• Support annual and multi-year planning processes with structured analysis and executive-ready narratives.
• Develop materials for executive leadership, including strategy decks and decision memos.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, marketing, finance, and sales to translate strategy into execution.
• Evaluate inorganic growth, partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities with corporate strategy and business development.
• Establish and track key strategic KPIs to inform course corrections.
