Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end strategy and execution for AI-enabled edge MPUs. You will bridge market needs with engineering innovation, translating complex requirements into actionable specs for hardware, software, and systems teams.

This role demands deep knowledge of heterogeneous compute architectures, AI/ML concepts, and embedded systems. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and shape silicon features for datacenter, networking, 5G, and industrial

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, product marketing, customer management, or systems engineering for MPUs, SoCs, or embedded systems.
Translate customer requirements into actionable specs for hardware, software, and systems teams.
Strong understanding of heterogeneous compute architectures (CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP) and memory/interconnects.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and toolchains.
Experience with edge AI applications (computer vision, NLP, sensor fusion) in embedded systems.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-enabled edge MPUs.
Define product requirements, specs, and roadmaps; trade-offs on silicon area, power, performance, BOM.
Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions for heterogeneous compute and AI acceleration.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle to ensure alignment and execution.
Develop competitive positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
Build data-driven business cases and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
