NXP Semiconductors in Austin, TX is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager for Transportation and Mobility to drive global growth of the Secure Connected Edge business line. You will lead segment strategy, engage customers and partners, and shape go-to-market execution across key mobility applications.

You will translate market insights into actionable roadmaps for microprocessors, microcontrollers, NPUs, software, and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate design wins

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience engaging Transportation and Mobility customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases, market analysis, segment strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Working knowledge of embedded software environments, including Linux and real-time operating systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Highly organized and action-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Must hold U.S. citizenship.
