Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate strategy or product development at a leading consumer products or technology company, or at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Ability to identify opportunities, build financial models, and derive insights from data.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a persuasive storytelling style.
• Comfort with managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate ideas and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities, conduct competitive benchmarking, and present recommendations to executives.
• Define assessment approaches for new product and market entry, and model ROI.
• Prepare strategy reviews and align decisions with the executive team.
• Support partnerships that advance new product development and value proposition evolution.
• Identify product improvements and coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to roll out enhancements.
• Help define roadmaps and strategic plans for short- and long-term growth.
• Assist ideation through product launch and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs.
