Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Product Stewardship Specialist to drive regulatory compliance across FDA food contact, GHS/SDS, TSCA, and international chemical regulations. You will identify regulatory risks and advise on compliance strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and new market ventures.

Requirements include 7–9 years in product stewardship or regulatory affairs in the chemical industry, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Pharmacology, or Chemical Engineering, and

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in product stewardship or regulatory affairs in the chemical industry.
• Experience with polymers, FDA food contact, and TSCA submissions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Pharmacology, or Chemical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GHS, SDS authoring, TSCA, FDA, REACH.

Responsibilities

• Interpret FDA food contact regulations and prepare FCNs for new and existing products.
• Develop and maintain GHS-compliant SDS and label content for product containers.
• Oversee TSCA compliance, including PMNs, polymer exemption reports, and annual reporting.
• Assist in New Substance Notifications (NSNs) and REACH compliance.
• Provide advisory support on product stewardship risks related to business ventures and mergers; partner with Trade Compliance.
