Job summary

This role emphasizes collaboration with Technical, Sales and Marketing to support complex regulatory matters and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental, or related science with 5–7 years in product stewardship.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws governing product safety (EPA, FIFRA, pesticides, biocides).
• Strong written and oral communication; cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement product regulatory compliance programs across global markets.
• Manage safety data sheet and labeling programs for products and materials.
• Address customer inquiries on regulatory compliance, use, disposal, and stewardship.
• Develop and maintain hazard information for products to support risk management.
• Characterize product risks from hazards, uses, and exposures throughout lifecycle.
• Communicate health, safety and environmental measures to enable safe product use.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers and value chain participants on compliance.
• Support chemical control programs, product registrations, and import/export compliance.
