Job summary

Actalent in New Hope, MN is seeking a Product Regulatory Associate to ensure regulatory compliance of lubricants marketed globally. You will collaborate with product development, supply chain, and marketing, handling SDS, regulatory requests, and documentation with accuracy.

The hybrid role (three days onsite, two remote) supports USMCA, REACH, and other frameworks, reporting to a Product Regulatory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in product regulatory or chemical compliance.
• Knowledge of GHS, REACH, import/export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance of lubricants marketed globally.
• Review packaging for regulatory accuracy and compliance.
• Manage regulatory requests, track progress, and update status.
• Organize and control SDS documents and records for accuracy and accessibility.
• Support USMCA requirements and product classifications for shipping.
