You will drive clarity on new product opportunities and lead cross-functional teams through development and market launch, applying Rapid Learning Cycles to close knowledge gaps before committing to design and investment. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project management, strong leadership, and experience coordinating global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing required.
• MS in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain preferred.
• MBA and PMP certification are pluses.
• 7+ years of extensive project/program management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads multiple projects with cross-functional teams and global scope.
• Drives scoping of new projects including requirements, resources, and launch timing targets.
• Plans programs using Rapid Learning Cycles to define decisions and close knowledge gaps.
• Facilitates gating and executive reviews with clear status updates to leadership.
• Advocates and solves problems affecting schedule, cost, and product performance, with data-driven trade-offs.
• Captures lessons learned for future programs and mentors other PMs.
