Job summary

Hashlist is seeking a Product Manager – AI Solutions Program in Auburn Hills, USA, to bridge AI technology and large-scale engineering. You will help identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-based solutions across a global product development organization.

You will own research, document PRDs, lead a cross-functional team, start projects, and manage an AI project portfolio while communicating progress to the Program Director and shaping team strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a product management or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt style to diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate vague requirements into measurable success metrics.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems at a high level.
• Functional understanding of AI/ML and software engineering concepts.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with ML, AI, or data-driven solutions.
• Bonus: degree in engineering, science, or business administration.
• Bonus: experience working with and influencing global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Research problems and opportunities across the product development organization where AI could add value.
• Receive, document, and prioritize requests for AI-based solutions across a portfolio of domains.
• Capture prioritized projects into structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including problem statements, success metrics, personas, use cases, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead a cross-functional team consisting of a Solution Architect and a Project Manager.
• Start up projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and contributing teams.
• Manage and be accountable for a portfolio of AI projects spanning multiple related domains.
• Act as primary representative of the portfolio to the Program Director, communicating progress and escalating issues.
• Contribute to team strategy, planning, and process improvement.
