Mitratech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-native products delivered remotely. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to drive customer-facing outcomes under fixed deadlines.

You will recruit design partners, gather feedback, and maintain direct customer engagement throughout the lifecycle. You will translate discovery into deliverables and mentor junior teammates, ensuring alignment with executives on priorities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles with a proven track record of owning complex B2B software outcomes.
• Experience with generative AI and large language model product concepts.
• Strong process discipline in ambiguous environments with ability to bring structure to product development.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar domains, with HR/legal/risk/compliance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
