Microchip Technology Inc is seeking a Product Marketing/Business Development Manager to accelerate global growth for our Mixed-Signal and Linear product portfolio. This role combines a strong technical foundation with a market- and customer-driven mindset, partnering with Product Managers and SMEs to grow revenue through design wins worldwide.

You will translate market insights into input for product planning, work with Sales and FAEs, and lead engagements with customers to ensure our devices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong background in Mixed-Signal and/or Linear semiconductor products.
• Proven experience in business development, product marketing, or technical sales.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, SMEs, Sales, and FAEs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Drive global business development strategy for Mixed-Signal and Linear products with PMs and SMEs.
• Interface between customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and pain points.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities while expanding strategic accounts.
• Influence product positioning, roadmap priorities, and feature definition based on feedback.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure consistent technical messaging and support.
• Partner with Sales and FAEs to maximize adoption and design wins.
• Lead customer engagements with technical discussions on device requirements.
• Support global promotional activities and value-based messaging.
