We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of new scalable and financially performant software and support services for electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions (hardware and software) that solve customer problems and drive customer outcomes. This role involves working backwards from customer needs to define and execute a product strategy by working closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Finance to achieve our financial goals for the product and drive customer outcomes . The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of EV charging technology with strong financial acumen and product management expertise and track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for software and support services related to EV charging hardware, aligning with company goals and evolving market needs .

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, marketing, and business development to define product requirements and deliver scalable and financially performant products .

Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive landscapes and work backwards from customer needs and problems to identify opportunities for new innovative products.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality performance .

Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing models, sales enablement, and customer communication to drive adoption and revenue growth . Support sales activity including RFPs and tenders.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success, customer satisfaction, and financial impact , adjusting strategies as needed .

Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and translating feedback into actionable product enhancements .

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business , Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred .

Minimum 7 years of product management experience in EV charging , clean energy, telecom or other technology sectors combining hardware, software, and services.

Strong understanding of EV charging hardware and software ecosystems, including high-voltage electrical systems and networked hardware . Background in telecom infrastructure management is a plus.

Proven ability drive buy-in with cross functional stakeholders to bring to new products to market.

Skills in market research, customer engagement, and translating complex technical and financial concepts into user-friendly products .

Experience with activity-based cost accounting, pricing and product contribution margin analyses. Experience with product warranty and equipment insurance products is a plus.

Experience with agile product development and managing product roadmaps .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
