Product Manager

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Manager to support initiatives across the content supply chain. This role will balance responsibilities between classic product management and product ownership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver well-branded, high-impact content experiences to customers. The ideal candidate understands the end-to-end lifecycle of content, from creation through distribution, and is comfortable working with enterprise content management tools.

This role is fully remote.

• Support the content supply chain by managing the flow of content from creation to customer delivery.
• Collaborate with another product manager to co-own product backlogs and prioritize feature development.
• Gather requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into functional product solutions.
• Partner with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of content-related tools and workflows.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product features and user experiences.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to drive clarity and progress on initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmapping efforts within the content technology space.

Product Manager Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in content management or marketing technology.
• Familiarity with content supply chain concepts and workflows.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
