Job summary

Chemelex seeks a seasoned Product/Program Manager to lead new product introductions and drive market-aligned strategies across control, monitoring, sensing, software, and related lines. You will translate customer insights into differentiated offerings and manage lifecycle performance, with global growth programs and revenue impact.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and regional teams to deliver EBITDA growth, quality, and customer value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of ten years of Product/Program Management, Product Marketing, portfolio management, or related experience in industrial automation, electrical/thermal solutions, controls, monitoring, sensing, software-enabled products, or engineered B2B products.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, training, and influencing skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product strategies, technology plans, portfolio roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for assigned product lines.
Translate market, customer, and technology insights into portfolio priorities and investments that grow revenue and value.
Lead cross-functional NPI teams through product definition, development, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization.
Own and program-manage new product introduction projects: ensure on time, on budget, and high quality launches.
Partner with Product Marketing to develop launch plans, value propositions, and enablement materials.
