Job summary

Chemelex, a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions, seeks a Senior Product/Program Manager to lead strategies for new product introductions, lifecycle management, and market-aligned growth across multiple product lines.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth, improve quality, and deliver customer value. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of Product/Program Management or related experience.
• Experience in industrial automation, electrical/thermal solutions, or engineered B2B products.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI, P&L, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for assigned lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for NPI from definition to launch.
• Translate market insights into roadmaps, business cases, and investments.
• Drive revenue, EBITDA growth, quality, and customer value through GTM and lifecycle activities.
