Job summary
Colonial Group seeks an experienced Product/Program Manager to lead strategy, execution, and delivery of new product introductions across control, monitoring, sensing, and software lines. You will translate customer insights into differentiated portfolio strategies and successful launches.
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and regional teams to drive revenue, EBITDA growth, and customer value through lifecycle
Qualifications
- Leads product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
- Manages VOC, research, and market insights to guide roadmaps and investments.
- Drives cross-functional NPI teams from definition to launch and optimization.
- Manages product-line performance: KPIs, P&L, ROI, quality, delivery, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer and market insights into portfolio priorities and investments.
- Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to align development with customer needs.
- Lead pricing, validation, and launch readiness activities.
