Job summary

Rapid Micro Biosystems seeks a Global Product Manager to lead Growth Direct consumables strategy, pricing, and global market expansion, interfacing with Commercial, Quality, and Operations to deliver high-quality products. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering, life sciences preferred.
5+ years in life sciences product management; biopharma/GMP experience preferred.
High-volume life science consumable product management experience preferred.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance.
Experience with stage-gate commercialization and new product launches.
Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue, growth, and profitability targets for Growth Direct consumables.
Lead market and application strategy, including sizing and segmentation.
Develop new consumables from initiation through launch and lifecycle management.
Translate customer workflows into product requirements and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage pricing with key customers.
Oversee 4P's strategy for consumables and drive go-to-market plans.
