Job summary

SRAM seeks a Product Manager for Hammerhead Hardware to translate market needs into actionable product plans and drive end-to-end lifecycle and GTM strategy. You will lead from concept to commercialization, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Design to deliver compelling product positioning and training.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, exceptional communication, and strong negotiation skills, with up to 40% travel to support global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3+ years in consumer electronics or IoT industry preferred.
• Deep technical knowledge of respective product category.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; audience-facing.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and product development.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative selling experience.
• Experience with AI workflows and tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from concept to commercialization and drive product line strategy and marketing.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to define new product opportunities and improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Industrial Design to translate strategy into detailed requirements.
• Develop product positioning and the sales pitch with Marketing.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical assistance and training materials.
