Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a strategic Head of Product Learning Experiences (PLX) to lead Global Learning Experiences. You will translate product roadmaps into global strategies, manage executive stakeholders, and scale learning programs across regions while driving AI-enabled learning transformation.

You will partner with GPS, GTM and regional teams to close skill gaps, design scalable content, and lead a high-performing PLX team that delivers measurable impact for sellers and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with people or team management.

Responsibilities

• Merge strategy and learning expertise with strategic inputs from SMEs/stakeholders.
• Drive the infusion of AI into best practices for development to compress development cycles.
• Use strategic insights and outcomes to support scaling local programs and modules into globally scaled learning offerings, while also ensuring modular content supports LT roadmap for Connect Learning.
• Break ambiguous issues into work streams. Lead the team through regular business planning to deliver efficient learning solutions, and evaluate data-driven measurement frameworks that demonstrate behavioral change and long-term business impact.
• Hire, build, and grow a high-performing team. Set goals, prioritize work, and support GLX-wide strategic allocation of resources to maximize business impact.
