Google’s Product Learning Experiences (PLX) team seeks a Principal Lead to translate product roadmaps into sales-ready learning initiatives across Global and Regional teams. You’ll design modular curricula, scale content, and partner with senior leaders to align instructional strategies with business goals.

You will champion AI-native solutions, collaborate across GLX and GBOedu, and influence Director+ level stakeholders to drive product fluency in the Ads ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience with instructional design principles and processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Merge learning expertise with inputs from subject matter experts.
• Drive the infusion of AI as the default build mechanism to compress development cycles.
• Oversee rapid production of standardized product assets (one-sheeters, videos, etc.).
• Ensure core global modules are reusable while allowing regional customization.
• Coach junior team members on AI usage to maintain output quality.
