Job summary

Google is seeking a strategic Head of the Product Learning Experiences (PLX) team to align product roadmaps with global and regional learning initiatives. You will drive AI-enabled learning strategy, partner with GCE and regional GTM teams, and own large-scale deliverables across multiple regions.

Your role focuses on building scalable, AI-powered learning design that supports Google’s long-term commercial goals, helping sellers close skill gaps and improve outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with people or team management.

Responsibilities

• Merge strategy and learning expertise with strategic inputs from SMEs/stakeholders.
• Drive the infusion of AI into best practices for development to compress development cycles.
• Support scaling local programs and modules into globally scaled learning offerings.
• Break ambiguous issues into work streams and lead regular business planning for efficient learning solutions.
• Hire, build, and grow a high-performing team and allocate resources to maximize impact.
