Job summary

Google is seeking a YouTube+ PLX Principal Lead to translate product roadmaps into sales-ready, modular learning initiatives for global teams. You will partner with GTM and Sales to design AI-enabled curricula that scale across regions and audiences.

You will work with GLX and GBOedu to evolve learning standards, drive rapid content production, and influence at Director+ level to align product fluency with Google’s commercial goals. Individual pay includes bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience with instructional design principles and processes.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Merge learning expertise with input from subject matter experts (SME).
• Strategically drive AI infusion as the default build mechanism to shorten development cycles.
• Oversee rapid production of standardized, tailorable product assets (e.g., one-sheeters, videos).
• Ensure core global modules are reusable while regional teams add local context to close agreements.
• Educate on using AI to simplify work and coach juniors on AI tools to maintain output quality.
