Google's Product Learning Experiences (PLX) team defines the learning bar for product proficiency across sales teams, owning the learning agenda and execution. As Head of PLX, you will translate roadmaps into global strategies, guide AI-enabled learning design, and own large-scale deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with people or team management.

Responsabilidades

• Merge strategy and learning expertise with strategic inputs from SMEs/stakeholders. Utilize systems thinking to anticipate future changes in the environment and provide recommendations.
• Drive the infusion of AI into best practices for development to compress development cycles.
• Use strategic insights and outcomes to support scaling local programs and modules into globally scaled learning offerings, while also ensuring modular content supports LT roadmap for Connect Learning.
• Break ambiguous issues into work streams. Lead the team through regular business planning to deliver efficient learning solutions, and evaluate data-driven measurement frameworks that demonstrate behavioral change and long-term business impact.
• Hire, build, and grow a high-performing team. Set goals, prioritize work, and support GLX-wide strategic allocation of resources to maximize business impact.
