Job summary

Google is seeking a strategic Head of the Product Learning Experiences (PLX) team to translate product roadmaps into global, regional, and local learning strategies that close critical skill gaps for sellers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with people or team management.

Responsibilities

• Merge strategy and learning expertise with strategic inputs from SMEs/stakeholders. Utilize systems thinking to anticipate future changes in the environment and provide recommendations.
• Drive the infusion of AI into best practices for development to compress development cycles.
• Use strategic insights and outcomes to support scaling local programs and modules into globally scaled learning offerings, while also ensuring modular content supports LT roadmap for Connect Learning.
• Break ambiguous issues into work streams. Lead the team through regular business planning to deliver efficient learning solutions, and evaluate data-driven measurement frameworks that demonstrate behavioral change and long-term business impact.
• Hire, build, and grow a high-performing team. Set goals, prioritise work, and support GLX-wide strategic allocation of resources to maximize business impact.
