Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Power Conversion Systems (PCS) to shape strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle for our PCS portfolio. You will align priorities with customer needs, market trends, and technology advancements, working with Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, and regional teams to deliver high-performing products.

• Experience translating customer/market requirements into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience working with Engineering to define product capabilities and targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for PCS portfolio.
• Define product priorities based on customer requirements, market trends, and regulations.
• Coordinate with regional teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to maintain a cohesive global plan.
• Translate market and system requirements into clear product requirements for development.
• Partner with Engineering to set capabilities, performance targets, and milestones.
• Support customer-facing teams with product expertise and guidance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement on sourcing and cost considerations.
• Manage PCS products from definition through launch, optimization, and end-of-life.
