Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product portfolio and lifecycle including launches, updates, and end-of-life.
• Analyze pricing, costs, and profitability to support strategic decisions.
• Lead New Product Development from concept to commercialization.
• Identify gaps and propose new products or improvements based on demand.
• Support quotes, cost evaluations, and pricing recommendations with sales and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership.
• Track sales, margins, market share, and performance KPIs to drive improvement.
• Present product recommendations and financial performance to leadership.
• Continuously evaluate products and processes to enhance competitiveness.
