Job summary

ITW’s Buehler division seeks a Global Product Manager to grow a diverse product portfolio and drive marketing and lifecycle initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing and Global Sales to develop tools, campaigns and local growth strategies.

The role focuses on lifecycle management, new product development and strategic market expansion across regions, with travel up to 10%. A BS/Engineering degree is required; an MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years Product Management experience.
• Experience managing a technical product portfolio in industrial, scientific or instrumentation equipment.
• Proven ability to lead growth initiatives and projects.
• Identify market segmentation, develop financial justification, and present to upper management.
• Develop product line strategy including roadmaps and growth initiatives.
• Champion new product development from ideation to launch.
• Identify unique value propositions and write marketing content for target segments.
• Strong team, project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with multinational teams a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with firm delivery dates.
• Up to 10% travel (domestic or international).
