Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years Product Management experience.
• Ability to learn about and manage a technical product portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to lead growth initiatives and projects.
• Experience developing product line strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience championing new product development from ideation to launch.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Market Landscape: research customer needs, translate into opportunities, and analyze sales trends.
• Strategic Marketing: develop value propositions, create sales tools, and generate leads.
• Innovation: identify new product opportunities and participate in NPD Stage Gate process.
• Product Portfolio Management: advise on pricing, margins, and training across regions.
