Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Global Product Manager for Advanced Dispense and Piston Pumps. This remote-USA role focuses on transforming piston-pump technology into scalable, 2K dispensing solutions across automotive, battery, solar, and industrial applications.

You will own the portfolio strategy, collaborate with engineering and sales, assess new markets, and drive product success through lifecycle management and market insight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive product management roles, preferably in pumps or fluid handling.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and leading new product development.
• Strong market and customer discovery experience with quantitative insight.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio strategy and roadmaps for piston pumps and advanced dispense.
• Lead lifecycle management from ideation to end-of-life decisions.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to guide differentiation.
• Collaborate with Engineering for requirements and targets.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain for manufacturability and cost.
• Enable sales with pricing, positioning, and product messaging.
• Monitor KPIs and drive profitability initiatives.
