Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Global Product Manager for Advanced Dispense and Piston Pumps to lead a strategic portfolio and drive growth across 2K dispensing applications. You will define the portfolio strategy, translate customer needs into requirements, and partner with Engineering to deliver scalable products and services.

You will work across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to shape roadmaps, support launches, and optimize profitability while ensuring competitive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive product management in pumps or related industrial equipment.
• 3+ years creating product roadmaps, managing lifecycles and leading development.
• 3+ years cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization.
• 2+ years working with globally distributed teams, customers, or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmaps for Piston Pumps and Advanced Dispense portfolio.
• Identify new market and application opportunities.
• Enhance portfolio and extensions for Advanced Dispense applications.
• Oversee lifecycle from ideation through end-life decisions; ensure quality and cost competitiveness.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to guide differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Eng, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing.
• Develop pricing/positioning, tools, and product messaging; enable sales with training.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, margin, costs, and market share; drive portfolio profitability.
