Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Global Product Manager to lead Advanced Dispense and Piston Pumps within the ARO Fluid Management brand. You will drive the portfolio strategy, identify new applications, and partner with Engineering to deliver scalable dispensing solutions across automotive, battery, and industrial markets.

The role requires deep product management experience, collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and a focus on profitable growth through new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in progressive product management, preferably in pumps or fluid handling.
• 3+ years in roadmaps, lifecycles, and stage-gate initiatives.
• 3+ years of market and customer discovery translating needs into requirements.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• 2+ years with globally distributed teams, customers, or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps for piston pumps and advanced dispense portfolios.
• Lead lifecycle management from ideation through end-of-life decisions.
• Conduct market research and benchmark pricing to guide differentiation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain for manufacturability and cost control.
• Support sales via pricing, tools, messaging, and customer-focused training.
