Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or management role within pump solutions or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the engineering team and align goals with customer requirements.
• Oversee development of product specifications ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
• Guide evaluation and optimization of design factors across multiple projects for performance and cost.

• Ensure thorough validation of test results and robust failure analysis for reliability and safety.
