Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Global Product Manager for Advanced Dispense and Piston Pumps. This remote role (USA-based from NC or East Coast) focuses on leading a high-growth portfolio, expanding two-component dispensing applications, and delivering scalable, profitable product solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate market needs into compelling product requirements and drive the portfolio roadmap across geographies and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience in pumps or related industrial equipment.
• 3+ years in developing roadmaps and managing lifecycles.
• 3+ years of market, customer, or application discovery.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• 2+ years working with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for Piston Pumps and Advanced Dispense portfolios.
• Oversee full product lifecycles from ideation to end-of-life decisions.
• Conduct market research on Advanced Dispense applications and competitors.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Develop pricing, positioning, and sales enablement tools in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
