Job summary

CYBEX is seeking a Project Manager CS US in Charlotte to plan, coordinate and monitor cross-functional product and operational projects. You will support development reviews, track timelines, and ensure go-to-market readiness.

The role emphasizes organized multitasking, strong communication, and collaboration with international teams to drive successful launches. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering and 0–2 years in manufacturing or R&D environments, with proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D environments.
• Exposure to engineering-driven product development processes and design reviews.
• Experience collaborating with international teams is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning, scheduling, and tracking projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones across product development, marketing, supply chain, and sales.
• Maintain project documentation including timelines and action logs.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks and blockers to stakeholders.
• Support vendor and agency relationships for launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate product development reviews, sample tracking, and go-to-market readiness checks.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and visibility.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and partners.
• Provide administrative project support including scheduling and budget monitoring.
