Job summary

eJam, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to drive new product development across our consumer brands. You’ll research SKU opportunities, evaluate markets, and coordinate with overseas manufacturers, packaging design, and leadership updates from day one.

You’ll own the research, vendor coordination, samples, design approvals, and timelines, partnering with the CEO and cross-functional teams across brands. Mandarin fluency is a strong plus for communication with Shanghai offices.

Qualifications

2–4 years in product development or coordination in consumer products.
Experience with overseas manufacturing and China-based suppliers.
Familiar with Amazon product research tools and retail channels.

Responsibilities

Research new SKUs and category opportunities using market tools.
Own the product pipeline in ClickUp with Kanban boards and timelines across all active SKUs.
Coordinate with overseas manufacturers on pricing, samples, specs, timelines, and production issues.
Drive packaging concepts, dielines, and production timelines.
Deliver weekly product development updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Be the communication hub across designers, vendors, and internal teams to keep deliverables on track.
