Job summary

Stabilus is seeking a Customer Project Manager to orchestrate project execution from opportunity handoff to production launch. You will bridge the sales team and internal execution groups, coordinating timelines, budgets, and cross-functional activity.

The role is based in Gastonia, NC with hybrid work flexibility. Requires 3–5 years in project management, strong communication, and experience with product development and program management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related technical field is required.
• Recognized certifications such as PMP or CAPM is optional.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and guide sales opportunities through project process (standard, custom, development).
• Review project requests for commercial value, feasible execution, and scope alignment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Application Engineering, Production/Launch, and customers to manage scope, deliverables, costing, and timelines.
• Maintain project status in CRM and project tools; provide updates to stakeholders and distributors.
• Coordinate tasks across all project phases: requirements, cost calculations, quotations, proto lab orders, contract review, and launch.
• Drive launch milestones from initiation to series production release.
• Act as primary interface for sales team and distributor partners on process topics.
