Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in strategy, product management, portfolio leadership, commercial leadership, engineering leadership, business development or general management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Long-Range Plan (LRP) processes and define growth strategies aligning customer needs, market opportunities, technology investments and financial objectives.
• Own the overall product, portfolio, vertical market and product marketing strategy; set growth priorities across technologies, regions, market segments and customer verticals.
• Define the future-state operating model for the combined Quest Integrity and In-Line Inspection Product organization and guide integration and organizational transformation.
• Partner with the Business System Leader to align strategic priorities with execution and manage annual breakthroughs and portfolio investments.
• Establish the PLM and NPI framework, govern portfolio across technologies, improve speed to market and ensure market needs are reflected in roadmaps.
• Lead talent strategies, harmonize compensation, and foster a culture that blends Quest Integrity, In-Line Inspection and Baker Hughes values.
