Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Global Product and Vertical Leader to shape the long-term strategy for Quest Integrity and In-Line Inspection. This executive will drive growth, portfolio strategy, and organizational transformation across the combined business.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, aligning product management, engineering, and commercial leadership, and guiding integrations to deliver sustained growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in strategy, product management, portfolio leadership, commercial leadership, engineering leadership, business development or general management.
• Understanding of the In Line Inspection business and its customers/competitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of long-range plans and growth strategies.
• Own the overall product, portfolio, vertical market and product marketing strategy.
• Define long-term portfolio evolution, technology development, commercialization and market expansion.
• Ensure alignment between Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial Leadership and Engineering.
• Balance short-term performance with long-term strategic investments.
• Define and implement the future-state operating model for the combined organization.
• Integrate Quest Integrity and In-Line Inspection Product organizations.
• Lead annual breakthroughs and connect strategy deployment to a unified management system.
• Establish governance for product lifecycle management and new product introduction.
