The role requires senior-level communications experience, strong storytelling, and ability to coordinate across regions, functions, and leadership teams to drive transformation and align strategic messaging.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in corporate, business unit, product, portfolio, or solution communications within a global environment.
• Strong experience in energy, industrial, technology, infrastructure sectors with ability to communicate complex offerings.
• Strong business acumen to connect communications to growth, strategy, and transformation.
• Proven ability to develop communication strategies, differentiated value propositions, and content aligning with business objectives.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent positioning, messaging, and storytelling across the global Service portfolio.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-focused narratives and compelling content.
• Develop differentiated messaging and value propositions for the Service Unit portfolio.
• Shape communications for new service offerings, digital solutions, and portfolio enhancements.
• Lead the One Global Product Group communications to create a unified narrative while respecting portfolio strengths.
• Act as a trusted communications partner to senior leaders, product teams, and SMEs.
• Manage multiple global communication initiatives across regions and functions with alignment and quality.
