Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related discipline.
• 10+ years in internal, employee, corporate, or change communications.
• Experience in a complex global matrix organization.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messages for diverse employees.
• Experience using communications data and insights to improve engagement.

• Build and lead a global internal communications approach.
• Translate strategy, transformation initiatives, growth priorities into clear employee communications.
• Advise senior leadership on communications during growth and change.
• Develop employee stories from strategy, performance, and priorities.
• Deliver campaigns, recognition, leadership dialogue, and engagement initiatives.
• Foster two-way communication with employee feedback and participation.
• Enhance communications with digital, data, and AI-enabled approaches.
• Measure effectiveness to improve engagement across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
